Paid Search
Paid search refers to all paid-for-placement results returned in search engines. For example, on Google, the paid search results appear on the right-hand column, and top section of the page, labeled "Sponsored Links". Direct linking from Google, Yahoo or MSN is prohibited, although indirect paid search through a landing page is still permitted.
