Read the publisher agreement you will enter into with Commission Junction and the Terms & Conditions of the eBay.co.uk Affiliate Programme. You will be asked to enter a couple of questions before you can read them, this ensures the T&Cs are relevant to you.
Please note in the T&Cs it states:
You are not permitted to use eBay trademarks in your domain name or URL (specifically before the third "/")
No bidding on the keyword "eBay" or any eBay trademarks.
Paid Search traffic from Google, Yahoo or MSN is prohibited if directly linked to an eBay.co.uk page.
