The two improvements you really need to know about are:
If you have multiple identical items to sell, you need to take advantage of multiple-item Buy It Now listings. You’ll pay just a single insertion fee for 30-day duration, no matter how many items you’re offering on that listing. For example, if you’re an Anchor shop owner, that means you could sell a large amount of inventory from a single listing, and pay just a 1p insertion fee for every 30-days that listing stays up.
The more you sell from a single listing, the greater the chances are of it appearing higher in search results. Help on multiple-item listings.
Cut down the admin by choosing Good ‘Til Cancelled for your Buy It Now Shop listings. Your listing will automatically renew until everything’s sold.
All you’ll need to do is make sure you choose the Good ‘Til Cancelled feature when you set up your listing, and it’ll renew every 30 days*. You’ll be able to add quantity to your listing as you go along, so you can just keep the same listing going until you run out of stock.
*You’ll be charged a new insertion fee at every renewal
Take a good look at your inventory and work out how much more you’d save by taking advantage of cheaper multiple-item listings. Make sure you’re ready to list them all from 25th September.
Remember, you’ll pay the same insertion fee for listing 1 item as you would for listing 100 identical items in the same Buy It Now listing. You’re also more likely to feature higher in search results by selling identical items from a single listing. You can add more quantity to the listing at any time.
All fixed price listings will automatically convert to the new Buy It Now format with a new fees structure.
