To confirm your registration, PayPal will send an email to the email address you have registered. Click the relevant link in this email and you will be taken to the PayPal website automatically. PayPal will prompt you to enter your password to confirm that you are the owner of the email address you have registered. Now you can send and receive money with PayPal.

When you are completing eBay's Sell Your Item form, select PayPal as a payment option in the payments and postage section. Just tick the box next to PayPal and add the email address registered with your PayPal account. This payment option will then appear in your eBay listings.

When you receive a Paypal payment for an eBay item, PayPal sends a "You've Got Cash!" email. This email details who is sending you the money and the payment amount. To review the transaction details, click "View details of the transaction online" and log in to your PayPal account.

Next, you may click "Create a packing Slip", attach the printed slip to your eBay item and send it to the buyer.

Alternatively, you can request money. To do so, log in to your PayPal account and click Request Money. Enter the relevant details and your buyer will receive an email request for the specified amount right away.

Whether you're buying or selling locally or internationally, PayPal makes it easy for you to keep track of your transactions in one place. Log in to your PayPal account and view Account Overview:

Account Balance & Withdrawal: your Account Overview page displays your PayPal balance, your primary currency and recent transactions. To withdraw money from your PayPal balance to your bank account, click Withdraw. You may withdraw £6.00 or more to a UK bank account. It is free to withdraw £50 or more and only 25p to withdraw less than £50. It takes 5-7 working days for money to reach your bank account. Alternatively, leave the balance in your account to pay for other purchases.

Email: You can have up to eight different email addresses associated with your PayPal account.

Status: Verified or Unverified. A 'Verified' status indicates that you have completed PayPal's stringent security checks. PayPal will prompt you to complete additional security steps at the appropriate time.

Within the Account Overview section, you can also view all recent transactions and your monthly statement. You can also update your personal details including card and bank account details, address and notification preferences.
