All you need to do is take your collection code to your chosen store. You don’t have to print out your collection code and no further ID is needed. If you like, you can present it using your phone or tablet.
eBay Collection Points are always well signposted. When in-store look out, for the eBay Collection Point sign at the FastTrack Collection Point.

Argos/Sainsbury’s can't accept returns in-store for item bought through Click & Collect on eBay. To return an item, select the item in My eBay > Purchase History. Select Return this item from the drop-down menu on the right. You'll then be guided through the returns process.
