Collection is available from hundreds of retail locations throughout the UK. That means you can choose a store location that’s convenient for you.
Most orders are ready for collection within 2 working days or less. Your selected store will keep your order for at least 5 days, so you can collect whenever it’s easiest.
With Click & Collect, delivery and returns are completely free.
When purchasing an item on eBay, just select ‘Free Click & Collect’ at checkout.
Enter your postcode to find a store near you and confirm your item is in stock, then just complete checkout as usual.
You’ll receive confirmation and collection instructions by email when your order is ready. Make sure you read this carefully before you head to your selected store.
Once you’ve read and familiarised yourself with the collection instructions, you can head to the store to collect your order.
When you shop on eBay with certain sellers, you can collect your order from one of their retail stores. Other sellers without a retail location offer collection from your local Argos store. Here are some eBay sellers that offer Click & Collect.
Select eBay sellers offer a Click & Collect option. Large merchants offer collection from their high street stores, and we’ve launched a trial where additional sellers offer collection from convenient Argos store locations.
You can search for eligible items using the ‘Click & Collect’ filter in the left hand navigation of your search results page. Items available for Click & Collect show ‘Free Click & Collect’ in search results, on the item page and at checkout.
Click & Collect is completely free.
When checking out on eBay, you’ll select a store location where you want to collect your order. Depending on the seller, this could be from their own store or from an Argos store near you.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection by email and My eBay message. You can also receive an optional text message notification.
You must wait for the notification message and carefully read the seller’s collection instructions before heading over to the store.
It’s always free to return your item to the store where you collected it. For more details about returns, such as how long a returns window you have and where you can return an item, have a look at the seller’s returns policy.
