Some sellers offer Click & Collect on their own items to pick up from their stores, including: The Entertainer, Argos, Euro Car Parts, GSF Car Parts and Sole Trader.
To find an eBay Collection Point near you, choose Select a store on the item page or when you checkout. Simply enter your postcode and find a store that’s convenient for you.
We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail/SMS as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and the collection code you’ll need to pick up your parcel.
Most parcels will arrive at your selected store within 3 working days.
Take your collection code to your chosen store, no further ID is needed. You don’t have to print off your code, just present it using your phone/tablet.
eBay Collection Points are always well signposted. In Argos, look for the eBay Collection Point sign at the FastTrack Collection Point.

All business sellers who accept returns give you at least 14 calendar days to let them know if you’d like to return something. This time starts from when your parcel arrives in your selected store.
Check the seller’s returns policy to find out who’s responsible for paying any returns postage costs.
Argos can't accept returns bought through Click & Collect on eBay in their stores. To return an item, select the item in your Purchase History in My eBay. Select Return this item from the More actions menu on the right. You'll then be guided through the returns process.
