How It Works

Step 1

Choose the Click & Collect delivery option.

Select Click & Collect when you pay at checkout and choose the eBay Collection Point location you’d like to collect your parcel from.

Step 2

Wait for your collection notification.
As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, we’ll send you a notification email (and text message if you’ve selected this option) containing a collection code.

Step 3

Pick up your parcel.
Head to your chosen store with your collection code and collect your parcel – it’s that simple. You don't have to print off your code, just present it using your phone or tablet.

Your parcel will be held in-store for up to 7 days from when we notify you.
If you can’t collect your parcel within this time, it will be returned to the seller and you’ll receive a refund.

This is a way of buying items from millions of sellers and picking them up from eBay Collection Points giving you greater choice and convenience in how you want to receive your parcels.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

The cost of delivering to an eBay Collection Point location is the same as the cost of delivering to your home address with the majority of items delivered for free.

How do I know if Click & Collect is available on a listing?

Sellers will always show whether they offer Click & Collect on their listings. You’ll also see it as an option at checkout.

Where can I find an eBay Collection Point?

To find an eBay Collection Point near you, choose Select a store when you checkout. Simply enter your postcode and find a collection that’s convenient for you.

How will I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

We’ll send you an email confirmation or text message as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. Most parcels will arrive at your selected store within 3 working days.

How do I collect my parcel?

All you need to do is take your collection code to your chosen store. You don’t have to print out your collection code and no further ID is needed. If you like, you can present it using your phone or tablet.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Your parcel will be held in-store for up to 7 days, starting from when you receive your collection notification via email or SMS. If for any reason you aren’t able to collect it within this time, the parcel will be sent back to the seller. You’ll receive a refund within 6 working days of the seller receiving the item back.

Can someone else collect my parcel on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can pick up your parcel as long as they have the collection code we sent you.

Can I change the store I’m collecting from after I’ve purchased something?

No. Once you’ve purchased an item you can’t change the store selected at the checkout page.

What happens if I need to return something?

Check the seller’s returns policy to find out if the seller you bought the item from offers returns.

eBay Collection Point locations can't accept returns in-store for item bought through Click & Collect on eBay. To return an item, select the item in My eBay > Purchase History. Select Return this item from the drop-down menu on the right. You'll then be guided through the returns process.
