      Choose Click & Collect

      If a seller offers it, you’ll see this at checkout with estimated delivery dates. You can find a location that works for you.

      Look out for updates

      When your parcel arrives at the pickup location, you’ll get a notification with a QR code and address.

      Collect your order

      Have your QR code ready. If you’re heading to a parcel shop, check the notification to see if there’s anything else you need to bring.

    FAQs

    Prices vary by item size and courier, but it’s generally cheaper than home delivery. You can find the exact amount at checkout.

    • Evri, InPost or Royal Mail locker: 3 working days
    • Evri shop: 10 working days
    • Royal Mail shop: 16 working days

    If you can’t collect within your courier’s timeframe, the item will be returned. 

    You can check your parcel’s delivery status in ‘Purchase history,’ where you’ll find a clickable tracking number.

    Once you place an order, the delivery option usually can’t be changed. If the seller agrees, you may need to cancel and reorder the item.

    To help us resolve any issues, head to My orders and update your order to ‘Item not received’ or ‘Arrived damaged.’

    This depends on the category, price, size and the seller’s delivery settings. Click & Collect will appear at checkout when it’s available.
