1. Description of Click and Collect
Sellers selling on eBay may offer the following Click and collect services on the Site:
- shipping a remote item to a local store for a buyer to collect(the "Ship to Store Feature" or "STS Feature") and/or
- holding an in-stock item for a buyer to pickup at a local store (the "Same Day Collection Feature" and together with the STS Feature, the "Feature(s)").
Click and collect will provide eBay users with the additional ability to place order(s) on Seller's listings for collection in a local store.
2. Information provided by Seller
Information regarding order details, item availability, estimated pick-up time, store hours, phone number, physical address, pickup instructions, Seller's return policy, cancelations policy, and customer support contact information are provided by Seller (and not eBay) and are displayed on the Site. The display of item availability at a store on the Site does not imply or warrant that such items are currently or will be available at any time. Item availability and estimated pick-up time are approximate, not guaranteed, may vary based on your location and are subject to the Seller's store business hours. Seller (and not eBay) is responsible for any customer support and returns as part of the Features.
Seller will notify eBay when your order is ready for collection and eBay will then notify you separately by email or My Messages ("Pickup Notification"). Seller (and not eBay) is responsible for the time it takes for an item to be shipped to a local store and/or prepared for click and collect, and for promptly providing notification once your item is ready. You may collect your order after you receive such Collection Notification by presenting your collection code, if applicable, and Collection Notification [and proper form of identification] at the store. A purchased item may only be collected at the store location you selected on the Site. Your item will be available in store for collection for a minimum of 5 days after you have received your Pickup Notification.
When you purchase an item, we may provide you with the option to receive your collection Notification via SMS or other text messages. For telephone numbers you provide us, including mobile telephone numbers, you consent to receive SMS or other text messages at that number. We won't share your phone number with non-affiliated third parties for their purposes without your consent, but may share your phone numbers with our group companies or with our service providers, such as billing or collections companies, who may contact you using autodialed or prerecorded message calls or text messages.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return of a purchased item through a Feature shall be made in person at the Seller's physical location or according to Seller's return policy, as stated in the Seller's listing. You are responsible for bringing the receipt you received from Seller to the Seller's store when returning an item.
Seller will notify eBay of a return, and eBay shall arrange for the refund to be processed via PayPal. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. eBay shall not be responsible for any refunds to you if eBay does not receive a confirmation from the Seller of the return of your item.
Some Sellers may allow returns for in-store credit only or refunds via another method as stated on the Seller's Return Policy. Exchanges will be processed as a return or pursuant to the Seller's policy on exchanges, if any.

You are responsible for reviewing a Seller's return policy prior to purchasing an item on the Site. All item returns purchased in connection with a Feature shall be handled by Seller and not eBay and are subject to Seller's return policy.
If you choose to submit an eBay Buyer Protection claim for a purchased item whereby either of the Features were chosen as a method of delivery, you agree to first try to return the product in accordance with the Seller's Return Policy and only submit such eBay Buyer Protection claim if Seller fails to process your return or rejects your return. All eBay Buyer Protection claims will be reviewed and processed in accordance with eBay's Buyer Protection policy, and you may be required to return the item under eBay Buyer Protection.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
eBay expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied and statutory warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights, and any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of the Features.
