The Education Specialist programme provides you with the tools and knowledge you need to be able to successfully teach others the Basics of Selling on eBay. Using a curriculum and materials developed by the team behind eBay University the programme gives you the opportunity to earn extra money by teaching others, following the successful completion of an eBay approved online training course.

To be able to take part in the Education Specialist Programme you have to be able to meet the following criteria:
- Have been registered with eBay for 90 days or more
- Be a seller in good standing on eBay*, with a minimum of 30 feedback
- At least 15 feedback must be from selling items
If you meet this criteria you will be able to take a purpose designed, self paced online training programme designed to give you the knowledge and tools you need to successfully teach the 'Basics of Selling on eBay' course. In doing so, you will use the same quality materials developed and used by eBay! Following successfully passing the course (you will have to take an online exam at the end) you will be 'qualified' as an Education Specialist!
Once you pass the course you're then in charge of your own career as an eBay tutor - create your own classes at the venue of your choice and charge for them the prices that you wish to charge. We hope to be able to offer more classes for your to teach as the programme moves forward over the coming months.

| What is the £89 Fee For? |

The £89 fee you pay goes direction to Power University, the host of the Education Specialist programme. For this start up fee and annual subscription you will receive:
- Online training tips and tips on how to teach the course effectively
- Course content and access to the online exam
- Use of the 'certified by eBay' logo
- Access to all instructor materials
- Access to all student materials
- CD Rom and PowerPoint materials for use while teaching
- Ongoing Education Specialist centric customer support from Power University
- Access to the eBay Education Specialist directory where you can advertise your training events - students can then search for your courses via date or location
