Sending information to Customer Support
Sometimes the Customer Support team may ask you for more information to resolve a problem on your account. For example, if you made a payment for your seller fees but it isn't shown on your account, we might ask you to send us a copy of your bank or card statement.
To send your documents to us, you can either:
Scan all of the documents and upload them for our review.
