Do you need to contact us right now? Send us an email.
To email Customer Support, click the Contact us button located on the right-hand side of any help page. You can also select 'Contact Us' from the list in the 'Help' link at the top of most pages. Depending on your question, it may take 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response.
Sometimes the Customer Support team may ask you for more information to resolve a problem on your account. For example, if you made a payment for your seller fees but it isn't shown on your account, we might ask you to send us a copy of your bank or card statement.
To send your documents to us, you can either:
Scan all of the documents and upload them for us to review
Fax your documents to us at +44 (0)20 7900 2011
