If you need help, you can contact us. We'll be able to help you quickly by chatting with you online or through a quick phone call.
To contact us:

Select the topic that best matches your issue from the menu.
We'll show a quick way to resolve your issue yourself, or we’ll show you the best way to contact us and when we're available.
Click the Call us, Chat with us, or Email us link on the right side of the page.
We offer phone support for most issues. Selecting the topic that best matches your question will help us make sure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Make sure that you use the phone number and the one-off passcode you're given. This ensures that we have the information we need when we talk to you.
Don't share the phone number with others. There are different phone numbers to contact different eBay Customer Support teams.

We may ask you to send us an email if we need to investigate your issue further.
Please make sure you fill out the form completely and with as much detail as possible.
Things to keep in mind when contacting us
When contacting us, provide as many details as you can. Include dates, item number, user IDs, and any steps you took before asking your question.
Depending on your specific issue or question, not all of the contact options may be available.

Sending information to Customer Support
Sometimes the Customer Support team may ask you for more information to resolve a problem on your account. For example, if you made a payment for your seller fees but it isn't shown on your account, we might ask you to send us a copy of your bank or card statement.
The fastest and easiest way to send us your documents is to scan all of the documents and email them to us electronically. If we've asked you to send us documents, we should have sent you a link to another Help page where you can upload the documents. (There are different upload links for sending documents to different eBay teams.)
To upload your documents:
Scan or take a digital photo of your documents.
Save the documents on your computer (e.g. on your desktop or in My Documents).
Go to the upload page and sign in. (Check the email we sent you for the link.)
Click Browse to select the documents you've saved on your computer, then click Open to add them to the list.
Choose the type of document(s) from the drop-down list, and enter a comment in the box on the right.
Once you're ready, click Upload.
Check your documents and click Send.
The total file size can't be more than 1 MB. You might need to re-size the document if it was scanned as a picture.
We can only accept files in .gif, .jpg and .png format. You might need to re-format your file.
Check your files before sending them to make sure that the scanned documents are complete and legible. You can delete files and re-scan them if necessary.
If you don't have access to scanner or digital camera
You can also send us your documents via fax or post. Use the fax number on the Help page we sent you (there are different fax numbers for different teams), or post them to:

Note: So that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we strongly encourage you to use our Upload feature to send us documents, or to use the Contact us button for all other queries. If you fax or post documents to us, your request may take significantly longer due to the additional processing time required.
