If You Forget Your User ID

Go to the Forgot your user ID page, and enter your email address. We'll send your user ID to your email address registered with eBay.

If your registered email address is no longer valid, we cannot retrieve your user ID. Please register again.

Note: If you have purchased an item as a guest you will not have an eBay user ID. To obtain a user ID, you’ll need to register on eBay.
