There are several ways to get the help you get the best out of eBay.

Online help	Find the information you need.	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page.
Community Help Boards	Communicate with other members and staff moderators to answer questions and solve problems.	Click the 'Community' link at the top of the page, and select 'Discussion Boards'.
Answer Centre	Ask questions, give or receive answers, and share information about eBay in this member-to-member forum.	Click the 'Community' link at the top of the page, and select 'Answer Centre'.
Email or contact us	Send your question to Customer Support.	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page, and select 'Contact Us'.
Technical issues	Find out how to resolve technical issues and error messages.	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page. Search on 'Error messages and technical issues'.
