Using online help

Whether you’re new or a long-standing member, you might need help resolving an issue. Our online help makes it easy to find the answers you need to buy, sell, or solve a problem.

We’ve organised our help topics into six main categories:

Here’s how you can find the information you’re looking for:

Browse our help pages	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page. On the main help page, select the category or topic you’re interested in.
Search for a list of help pages on a subject	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page. On the main help page, type keywords related to the information you want. Click the Search button.
Find a specific topic alphabetically	Click the 'Help' link at the top of the page. On the left side of the page, click the 'A-Z Index' link.
