If you use a credit or debit card, to pay your eBay fees it is important for eBay to have current information to avoid possible delays in paying your eBay invoice.
You can update your credit or debit card information by:
Adding a credit or debit card
Verifying the current credit or debit card information
Changing or updating the credit or debit card information
Removing credit or debit card information
Click the My eBay button at the top of most eBay pages. You will be asked to sign in.
Click the “Personal Information” link under the "My Account" section.
In the “Financial Information” section, click the “Edit” link to the right of the credit card information.
For security purposes, you will be asked to sign in again.
Complete the credit card information page and click the Continue button.
After reading the Credit Card Usage Agreement, click the Authorise Credit Card button.

Complete the Credit Card Information page and click the Continue button.

Removing credit or debit card information, or bank account information, will close your seller's account and make it inactive. If you wish to keep your seller account open and change your credit or debit card on file, please follow the steps under the “Changing or updating card information” heading on this page.
You may still accrue fees for any listings you have on the site. You may also accrue monthly fees if you have any open subscriptions to Sellers Assistant or eBay Stores. Make sure you cancel any subscriptions if you want to close your account.
