Installing the eBay Toolbar
The eBay Toolbar works with your web browser to give you quick access to eBay. You can:
Find items using search options.
Check status of items you are watching or bidding on.
Use buttons for one-click access to the eBay homepage, My eBay, Shops, your Favourite Searches, and Community.
To get started using the eBay Toolbar:
Review the computer system requirements (listed below) and download the eBay Toolbar.
Computer system requirements are:
Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, 6.0 or 7.0
To uninstall eBay Toolbar:
Click on the arrow to the right of the eBay icon on the eBay Toolbar.
From the dropdown menu, select the Uninstall eBay Toolbar option.
Sign in
Once you sign in, the eBay Toolbar will personalise and display your eBay information such as the items you've bid on and are watching.
Sign out
Please follow these steps:
In the eBay Toolbar, click on the arrow to the right of the eBay icon.
From the drop-down menu, select the eBay Toolbar Sign Out option.
For multiple users:
If more than one person is using your computer, the eBay Toolbar only issues alerts and gives information on items for the user that is logged in to eBay. To change eBay Toolbar users, you must sign out of the eBay Toolbar and have the other user sign in to eBay. If you do not want to allow other users to change your eBay Toolbar, you can lock it using the Options button on the eBay Toolbar.
