Condition
Items should be listed as "New" if they meet all of the following criteria. If an item does not meet all of these conditions, it should be listed as "Used."
| No markings | Item should not have markings on spine, UPC, front/back cover, or on pages |
| No signs of use | Item should be new, unread, and unused with no creases, bent pages, shelf damage, or cracked bindings |
| Complete contents | Item should include all original contents, including dust jacket (if applicable) |
