Checkout Tutorial for Buyers

Part 1: Start Checkout

Checkout is a consistent process for purchasing items on the site, including auction-style and Buy-It-Now listings. It helps you pay for items faster and reduces the number of emails you'll need to send to complete your purchases.

While the listing is active, the payment details will appear at the bottom of the listing page.

If the seller supports Checkout, a Checkout button will appear on the listing page when the listing ends. Just click this button to begin Checkout. You'll also find a link to Checkout in My eBay and in the End of Auction email.
