If you would like to buy an item and pay for it with PayPal, you should first check that the seller has offered PayPal as a payment method in their listing.
After you've won an item, here's how to pay for an item using PayPal:
Click on the Pay Now button.
Select your postal address and confirm your payment details. If the seller hasn't specified postage costs but you know what they are, you can enter it yourself.
After you've selected your postal address and confirmed your payment details, select PayPal as the method to pay for the item. You'll be automatically taken to the PayPal site where you can send your payment. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one.
On the PayPal site you can choose how you would like to fund your PayPal payment (for example, using a bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance) and then send the payment.
If you use PayPal, the seller may require you to use a credit card billing address that you registered at PayPal as your delivery address.
Finding information about PayPal payments
To learn about a PayPal payment you made, check your PayPal History. You can do this in two ways:
Log in to your PayPal account and click the History tab. Check the transactions listed, or use the search filters at the top of the page to find your payment. Then, click the link in the "Details" column to see full details about your payment, including the time, date, item name, delivery address, optional message, and more.
Sign in to your eBay account. Go to the item page for the item you've paid for and click on the "Payment Status" link. From this Payment Status page, you can click to view your PayPal payment.
