About PayPal Buyer Protection

If you have a problem with a transaction on eBay, try to resolve it by first try contacting the seller. If you aren't able to work things out with the seller, contact us so we may help. Click the My item hasn't arrived yet, what do I do? or the What can I do when I get an item that's not as described? link and follow the instructions.

When you buy an item on eBay, you may be covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.

If you bought an item on eBay, and paid for it with PayPal, you can file a claim with PayPal. Keep in mind that you can't file a claim with both eBay and PayPal—you must choose one or the other. If you go to PayPal to file a claim, you can't take advantage of the benefits of eBay Money Back Guarantee. Additionally, if you receive a refund from your bank or credit card company, you won't be able to receive a refund from either eBay or PayPal.

You can learn more about PayPal Buyer Protection in the PayPal User Agreement.
