A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address - for example, if a buyer's credit card billing address and postal address are the same.

Most addresses outside the U.S. can't be confirmed at this time. If a seller requires a confirmed postage address, we suggest you contact them directly. Sellers may deliver to an unconfirmed address, but they are responsible for any buyer-initiated disputes.

Note: Confirming your address is a separate process from becoming PayPal Verified.
