How do I contact a seller?

If you have questions about an item, you can get answers directly from the listing.

To find answers and contact the seller:
  1. Click the Ask a question in the listing.

  2. On the Find Answers page, choose the topic that best fits your question, and look for your question in any Q&A that appears.

  3. If you can't find your question, under Did you find your answer?, select No, I want to contact the seller and click Continue.

  4. On the Contact Seller page, type your question in the space provided. Depending on the topic you selected in Step 2, you may be asked for additional information related to your question.

  5. Enter the verification code for security purposes and click Send.

Note: Not all sellers accept questions before you buy an item, but all sellers will accept questions after you've bought an item.

After you've won an item, we'll also send you an email with the seller's email address.

If you've tried contacting the seller by email but haven't received a response, you can request the seller's phone number and call them.

Note:

  • Buyers can only obtain a seller's contact information if they bid on or buy one of the seller's items. Sellers can only obtain the contact information of bidders or buyers on their listings.

  • Our contact information policy requires that all members have updated contact information on file with us at all times. If you request the seller's contact information and find that it's incorrect, please let us know
