The Find Members page is a starting point for getting information about other eBay members. You can use what you learn here to decide who to do business with or to connect with other members.

The Find a Member page is where you can request information about other eBay members. You can use what you learn here to decide who to do business with or to contact other members about a transaction you are involved in.

Contact Info
You can request another member's contact information on the Find Contact Information page only when you are currently or recently involved in a bid or sale with that member. To find this information, enter the member's User ID, along with the item number of the item you're trading with that member and click on the Search button.

The information you request will be emailed to your registered eBay email address. This information can only be used in accordance with eBay's Privacy Policy. The member whose information you are requesting will also receive your contact information.

Feedback Profile
To find out the reputation of an eBay trading partner, enter the trading partner's User ID - into the "Enter User ID of member" box on the Find Members page, and click the Search button.

You will be shown the feedback comments and ratings in that member's feedback profile.

About Me
Some eBay members introduce themselves on their own About Me eBay page. To see a member's About Me page, enter a member's User ID on the Find Members page, select About Me, then click the Search button.

User ID History
Enter a member's User ID, select "User ID history" and click on the Search button. You'll be presented with the history of the member's User ID, including when it was established, if it was changed from another User ID, and when the change was made.
