Responding to Feedback

To respond to any feedback you receive, whether it's positive, neutral, or negative:

Go to the "Review and respond to feedback comments left for you" page.
Sign in, and then choose the number of feedback comments you want to display per page.

Note: this will show you only those comments others have left for you, not comments you have left for others.
Choose the comment you want to respond to, and click on the "Respond" link to leave your comment.

Respond to feedback now.

Note: remember that the response you post is public and permanent, so be sure to make only a fair and factual comment.

To leave a follow-up comment to feedback you left for another member:

Go to the "Review and follow-up on feedback you have left about others" page.
Sign in, and then choose the number of feedback comments you want to display per page.
Choose the comment you want to follow-up on, and click on the "Follow-up" link.

Leave a follow-up comment now.

These links can also be found by clicking on the Feedback Forum link at the bottom of any eBay page.
