Using Product Finders
Certain categories have additional finding options, called Product Finders that provide you with a different way to search using typical characteristics about an item or topic area. You can use Product Finders to be more specific and find what you’re looking for more quickly. For example, in DVDs, you can search by genre, condition, and formatting (wide-screen/full-screen).
Note: Product Finders are not available for all categories.
Product Finders are available for certain categories, and each category has different Product Finder options. For example, in a clothing category, Product Finder options could include size and style; in a music category, options could include genre and condition.
Product Finder searches only return items when sellers have provided item characteristics as part of the listing process.
If a Product Finder is available for the category in which you are searching, the Product Finder will be on the left side of the page. Depending on the category, you can find items using drop-down menus, or links.
Using menus, you can choose to search using as many or as few characteristics as you would like. For example, to look for a specific size in Women's shoes, from the main eBay page go to the Clothing, Shoes & Accessories category, and select Women's Shoes.

Browsing with links is a good way to narrow your search, and this feature is available on certain eBay categories. For example, if you were looking for a Jazz CD, you could select the Music category, select CDs, and then Jazz.
