Managing Selling with My eBay

You can view and manage all of your eBay selling activities from a central location — the My eBay All Selling page.

For example, you can:

Managing items you scheduled to sell

You can view a list of the items you scheduled to start later. Since these items are currently pending, you can preview and edit them.

To manage items you scheduled to sell:

In the Sell menu on the left of of My eBay, click the Scheduled link, and do any of the following:

  • To preview how an item will look to buyers when it starts, click the item title.

  • To edit an item, click the Edit link in the Take Action column.

  • Sell a similar item by clicking the Sell Similar link in the Take Action column.

  • To change the date and time your scheduled item will begin, select the check box next to the item and click the Reschedule button at the bottom of the section.
Note: If you select several items to reschedule you can also choose to space out your listings at intervals between 1 and 30 minutes.

  • To add a note to an item, select the check box for the item, click the Add Note button. Then, type your note and click the Save button. Learn more about adding a note to an item.

Managing items you’re selling

You can view key information for all your items currently for sale on eBay including current price, number of watchers, number of bids, and current high bidder in the Active Selling section. You can choose to see all items you're selling, or just those that have bids where the reserve has been met, have offers, or have no bids or the reserve hasn’t been met. To see the Active Selling section click the Active link in the Sell menu on the left of of My eBay.

You can use the menus in the Take Action column to:
  • Revise the details of your listing

  • Sell a similar item starting with the details of the current one

  • End an item early

  • Edit the description of the listing

  • Create a set of items from several sections

Managing items you’ve sold

You can view information about your item listings that ended in a successful sale including the buyer, sale price, sale date and quantity sold (if the listing included multiple items) in the Sold section. You can select the date range using the Period menu above the view in the centre. To see the Sold section, click the Sold link in the Sell menu on the left of of My eBay.

You can use the links in the upper left corner of the Sold section to choose to see all items you've sold, or just those that are awaiting payment, awaiting postage, or awaiting Feedback.

Note: Hover your mouse over this icon to see what kind of Feedback you've received.

You can sort the list to see the items awaiting payment, postage, or Feedback by clicking the appropriate icon at the top of the list. For example, to see all the items you still need to post, click the icon at the top of the list. All the items awaiting postage will move to the top.

You can use the menus in the Take Action column to:

  • Send a Second Chance Offer

  • View order details

  • View payment status or, if the item has been paid via PayPal, view the PayPal transaction

  • Contact the buyer

  • Mark or unmark the item as payment received

  • Sell a similar item

  • Relist the item

Managing unsold items

From the Unsold section of My eBay, you can view information about your item listings that did not end in a successful sale, including the title, number of bids, high bid and end date. To see the Unsold section, click the Unsold link in the Sell menu on the left of of My eBay.

From this section you can see your unsold items for different periods, such as all unsold items in the last 60 days, or all unsold items in the last 24 hours. To select the range, use the Period drop-down menu at the top of the section. To make another attempt to sell an unsold item click Relist in the Take Action menu.
