Note: This page describes the Feedback features and options in My eBay. For answers to common general questions about Feedback, see Leaving Feedback.

Sign in to My eBay then click "Feedback" on the left-hand side of the page to access the My eBay Feedback page. From there you can:

• Leave Feedback for your transaction partners

• View the Feedback you've left and leave follow-up comments

• View the Feedback you've received and add responses

Feedback is a system that eBay members use to rate their buying or selling experience with another eBay member.

Leaving Feedback

On the Feedback page there's a list of the transactions for which you need to leave Feedback.

To leave Feedback, click the "Leave Feedback" link. Note that My eBay may tell you certain transactions are awaiting Feedback even though you've already left Feedback for them. This may happen when your trading partner hasn't yet left Feedback.

The transactions are accompanied by icons that represent the Feedback status for each one:

• You left Feedback about this transaction.

• You have not left Feedback about this transaction.

• You received neutral Feedback.

• You received positive Feedback.

• You received negative Feedback.

• You have not received Feedback.

Important: The Feedback you post is permanent, so be sure to make only fair and factual comments.

View Feedback you've left previously and leave follow-up comments

On the Feedback page you can see the Feedback you've left for your transaction partners.

To view Feedback you've left, click the "View all Feedback" link under Recent Feedback. Click the Feedback left for fthers tab.

You can also enter follow-up comments, if needed. You can leave one follow-up comment for each Feedback comment you've left. Learn more about following up on Feedback.

Important: The response you post is permanent, so make sure you leave only fair and factual comments.

View the Feedback you've received and add responses

On the Feedback page you can see the last five Feedback comments and ratings you’ve received.

The icons in the left column indicate the Feedback you received. For example:
Indicates positive Feedback
Indicates negative Feedback
Indicates neutral Feedback

To view all the Feedback you've received, click the "View all Feedback" link under Recent Feedback. Click the "From Buyers" or "From Sellers" tab.

Does your total Feedback score seem incorrect? Please remember that more than one positive or negative Feedback from the same member counts only once.
