My eBay pages may be slow to load for some members, especially if you have a lot of buying and selling information. Load time depends on the volume of your buying and selling, how many notes you've added to items, and especially your connection speed and computer.
There are, however, several things you can do to help My eBay pages load faster:
For users with fewer than 1,000 items in the last 60 days:
When customising the My Summary page, choose to display fewer views on the page and fewer items per view.
When customising a view, choose to display fewer columns of information and fewer items per view.
For users with more than 1,000 items in the last 60 days:
In My eBay Preferences, choose a default opening page that includes less information. For example, the Items I'm Watching page will probably load faster than the My Summary page.
Also in My eBay Preferences, you can choose not to see Help content on My eBay pages.
