In My eBay, you can either delete or remove items, depending on the option provided to you in that section of My eBay.

• If you clicked a Delete button to remove the item, it's gone forever and you can't retrieve it.

• If you clicked a Remove button to remove the item, you can retrieve it within a specific time-frame.

To retrieve a deleted item, go to the section of My eBay where you’d like to retrieve items, and use the Retrieve Removed Items menu to indicate how many items you’d like to retrieve. If there's no Undo Remove menu, you can't retrieve any items you've deleted. Items you've bought and sold are permanently deleted after approximately 90 days. We can't recover details of these items for you.

Note: If items have disappeared from My eBay without you deleting or removing them, please check you are logged on to the same account as you were when you bought, sold or opted to watch those items. Check how long ago the auction ended and whether this is longer than the timeframe shown. In addition, eBay sometimes removes listings because they breach eBay policy.
