How do I contact Customer Support?

We want your eBay experience to be great, and that means making sure that you get the help you need, when you need it.

To find the answers to your questions quickly, click the “Help” link at the top of any eBay page. You'll come to the Help Centre, where you can search or browse the Help topics to find the information you need. You can bookmark, print and save the information you find.

If you still need help, click the “Contact Us” link on the left-hand side of any Help page. This will take you to a form where you can send an email to eBay’s Customer Support. Note: Depending on the nature of your question, it can take between 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response from Customer Support.

In some cases, the Live Help button appears on prominent eBay pages, such as the Seller Registration pages. You can click the Live Help button to connect to a private chat room, where you can ask an eBay representative your question.

Note: If you use a pop-up blocker, you may need to allow pop-ups for the eBay site to ensure complete display of information and interactive eBay functionality including eBay’s Live Help.
