How do I print my own postage labels?

You can use either My eBay or PayPal to print postage labels at home. There is no extra charge for printing labels; you only pay for the cost of postage.

To use My eBay:

  1. Sign in to My eBay and click Sold on the left side of the page.

  2. Select the check box next to each item you want to post.

  3. Click the Print Postage Labels button.

  4. Log in to PayPal.

  5. Select the service options you want.

  6. Enter the package weight, and verify the 'Post from' and 'Post to' information.

  7. Click the Print button.

To use PayPal:

  1. Open the Account Overview page. 

  2. Click the Print a Postage Label button for the item you want to post.

  3. Select the service options you want.

  4. Enter the package weight, and verify the 'Post from' and 'Post to' information.

  5. Click the Print button.
