Dealing with postage problems

If you have any questions involving postage and handling, please ask the seller as they take care of posting the item. If you still have problems, the following information may help.

Lost or damaged items

If your item was lost or damaged during transit, please request contact information and call your trading partner to explain the situation and work out a solution.

You should also consider contacting the carrier for assistance.

If you do not come to a satisfactory resolution, you should consider opening an Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described dispute

Excessive postage and handling charges

If you have a question about excessive shipping and handling charges, please refer to eBay’s Selling practices policy for more information.

If you have other questions about an item that was lost or damaged in transit, contact eBay.
