Listings instructing buyers that they can indicate the number of items they want for the same price is not permitted.
Why does eBay have this policy?
Single listings that offer multiple items to avoid fees may provide a poor member buying experience and create an unlevel playing field by putting sellers who pay all their eBay fees at a disadvantage. Furthermore, these listings undermine the trust and legitimacy of eBay’s marketplace.
