Step 1: Contact your bidder

What to do

Contact each other by email or phone after your listing has ended. Like you, buyers can have emergencies or computer problems. Your high bidder may not be able to respond to you right away for legitimate reasons.

Need to find an eBay member's contact information?

When to do it

It's a good idea to contact your high bidder within three business days after the listing closes.
