Using the File Management Centre, you can request a download of your sales records.
You can:

Downloading sales records
eBay will process your download request and send you an email when the file is ready to download. This may take a few hours to complete. The email will contain a link leading you to the file for you to download.
To request a download of your sales records:
You can also download your Active View records. You can choose to download all your current Active Listings, or you can choose to download only those active listings closing within a specific date range.
The .csv file containing your sales data will be generated and you'll receive an email when it's ready. You can then import this file in many popular software packages such as Microsoft Excel ™, or use any text editor to view the file contents.
Setting up a recurring download
Selling Manager Pro subscribersYou can schedule download requests to be processed on a regular basis. You will receive a regular email when the file is ready each day, week, or month, depending on your choices.
You have a choice of download schedules.

Known issues and workarounds
Netscape users with Windows OS When prompted to open or save the file to disk, choose to "Save it to disk". If you choose to open it, all the data will be displayed in one cell. Mac users with Internet Explorer The file downloaded will be saved under the name: "eBayISAPI.dll." In order to export it into Microsoft Excel, rename the file as a ".csv" file and then open it using Excel.

Downloading individual sales records
To select individual sales records to download: From the Sold View, select the listings you want sales records for and click Download. You will get a message indicating that the sales records are being prepared for download. When prompted, select Save this file to disk and click OK. Then select the directory you want to save to, and click Save. Click Continue when download is complete. Note: The sales record(s) are downloaded in a comma delimited file (CSV), which can be opened with many popular software packages, such as Microsoft Excel.
