Featured First gives you a chance (no certainty) to enhance the visibility of your items by appearing as one of the listings on the first page of search results in the Featured Items section.

How it works

• Each time a user enters search criteria that may result in your listing appearing in the search results, there is a chance that your listing will appear on the first page of search results in the Featured Items section if you purchase Featured First.  

• When the user performs this search, a number of Featured First listings will be randomly selected on rotation to appear on the first page of search results in the Featured Items section. This means that your listing may end before it has a chance to be selected to appear.

• If there are no relevant Featured First items for a search for the first page of search results, there may be no Featured Items section.

• Featured First listings will only be displayed at the top of Best Match sorts. This represenst the vast majority of sorts. There will be no Featured section on non-Best Match sorts.
