Handling problems with your buyers

If you have a problem selling on eBay, please let us know using our reporting tool. When sellers tell us about unfair and unsafe buying behaviour, it helps us prevent a buyer from doing the same thing again.

We take your reports seriously and buyers who breach our Buying practices policy may receive warnings, restrictions and suspensions. We will also remove their Feedback comments, Feedback scores and detailed seller ratings, when appropriate.
