Using one-time payments to pay seller fees
You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees from the Account tab in My eBay using any of the following payment methods:
Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.
For information on payment requirements, late fees, and payment schedules, see Your payment due date.
Note: Whilst the option to make a one-time payment allows sellers to pay eBay fees, it is not a method for buyers to pay sellers. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.
Coordinating one-time and automatic payments
Even if you have an automatic payment method on file, you can still make a one-time payment. However, to avoid duplicate payments, allow at least five days between any one-time payment and your automatic scheduled payment. You can review the automatic payment schedule to see when your automatic payments are debited from your payment source.

Payments are posted to your eBay account depending on when the funds are available in your PayPal account.
If you have funds directly available in your PayPal account, your payment will be posted to your eBay account within minutes.
If you fund your PayPal account through your bank account, your eBay account will reflect the payment as 'pending' until the funds have cleared. This may take several days. You will be able to check the status of the payment in your PayPal account, and review your eBay account status page to see if it has posted to your eBay account.
