A tip for members who use auto-responders or out of office assistants

Auto-responders can be a very useful tool for busy sellers, allowing you to answer many of the generic questions you receive day after day. However, if your auto-responder replies to eBay emails, it can trigger auto-responder emails to be sent back and forth between you and eBay.

Many email packages systems enable you to exclude certain email addresses from receiving the auto-responder, so please exclude eBay email addresses if you can.
