How do I close my eBay Shop?

Follow the steps listed below to close your eBay Shop. Before doing so, please note that:

All of your current auction-style listings (even when combined with a fixed price option) will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold.
If you have cancelled your subscription during a free trial period, any outstanding subscription charges will be credited back to your account.
All of your current items which are exclusively Buy It Now will end automatically.
Feature fees you have incurred will not be reimbursed.

To close your eBay Shop:

Go to My eBay.
Click the Account tab, and then click the Subscriptions link in the left navigation.
Scroll to the eBay Shops section, and click the Cancel Subscription link.
If you have bundled subscriptions with your eBay Shop for Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, or other selling tool, select the appropriate button to specify whether you want to keep the subscriptions at the new monthly fee or unsubscribe.
If you are sure you want to cancel your eBay Shops subscription, click the Yes button.
