Can I Customise the Way My Reports Appear?

Yes - click on the "Report Preferences" link in the left-hand navigation of any report.

You can choose whether or not to display numbers in charts. Sales Reports Plus subscribers can also choose whether or not to display full category names, and can select the most recent weekly or monthly report to be displayed on opening.
