Reporting problems with your buyers

If you have a problem selling on eBay, please let us know. If sellers don't tell us about their problems, we won't be able to prevent a buyer from doing the same thing again. We take your reports seriously and buyers who breach our policies may receive warnings, restrictions and suspensions. We will also remove their Feedback comments, Feedback scores and detailed seller ratings, when appropriate.

If you have a problem with a buyer:
  1. Identify the issue.

  2. Learn more about what information is available.

  3. Find out what you can do about it.
