Your Seller Dashboard in My eBay helps you monitor your progress as a seller, maintain excellent customer service, and keep your account in good standing. It's available to all sellers with 10 or more detailed seller ratings (DSRs) from buyers. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that we've recently received.
How do I find out about my eBay Top-rated seller status?
1. Click on My eBay.
2. Click on Account.
3. Click on Seller Dashboard link located in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. On the Seller Dashboard page, go to Summary box where you will locate information relating to your current status.
The Summary box provides a quick overview of your performance and the levels you’ve earned in five specific categories. The highest performance rating is Top-rated seller. As a Top-rated seller, you receive a badge
on your item pages and Seller performance detail page. There will be an alert icon
if your Top-rated seller status is at risk. You'll also see an error icon
if your performance is below standard. If your performance is below standard, you'll have lowered search visibility and you may also face selling restrictions.
PowerSeller standards include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium depending on the number of items sold or the total revenue of their sales.
In the example below, the Performance level shows this member to be a Top-rated seller, and the PowerSeller status button shows him to be a Titanium level PowerSeller.

How do I find out why I did not get Top-rated seller status?

Am I a high volume, or a low volume seller?
You are a high volume seller, if you've had more than 400 transactions during the previous 3 months.
You are a low volume seller, if you've had less than 400 transactions during the previous 3 months.
When is the evaluation cycle?
The evaluation cycle occurs on the 20th of each month for the 3 months preceding (or 12 months if it is a low-volume seller), ending on the last day of the previous month.
For example, the next evaluation date is 20 October 2009. For high volume sellers, you will be assessed for a period of 3 months from 1 July 200 to 30 September 2009. For low volume sellers, you will be assessed for a period of 12 months from 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009.
To locate information about your evaluation cycle:
1. Click on My eBay.
2. Click on Account.
3. Click on Seller Dashboard link located in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. On the Seller Dashboard page, go to the Summary box and click on Performance. This takes you to the Seller Performance page.
5. You will see a box with 2 tabs: Last evaluation and Current evaluation. Make sure you are on the tab Current Evaluation
. On the right-hand corner of this box, you will see information on the next evaluation date, and the evaluation period it covers. Correspondingly, on the Last evaluation tab, you will see information on the last evaluation date, and the evaluation period it covered.
How will I know what I might get in the next cycle?
Reviewing the Current evaluation tab on the Seller Performance page will give you an indication of how you are performing against the requirements of the Top-rated seller programme, where you may need to improve and the assessment you are likely to receive on the next evaluation date if no improvements are made.
