If your performance qualifies you for the PowerSeller programme and you provide a good service to your buyers as measured by your Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs), then we'll recognise your success by giving you a discount off your Final Value Fees of up to 20%. In addition, if you're an active member of the PowerSeller programme, you can qualify for the highest Final Value Fee discounts available - up to 40%.

Sellers can monitor their DSRs with the new Seller Dashboard tool.

Sellers who qualify for the programme do not need to sign up and will have their discounts automatically calculated and applied against their monthly invoice.

PowerSeller Discounts

You will receive PowerSeller discounts if you meet the following criteria:

• Be registered as a business on eBay.co.uk with a UK address (or on eBay.ie with an Irish address)

• Be a registered PowerSeller

• Maintain a minimum 30-day DSR of 4.6 in all four of your DSR categories (excluding Motors dealers)

• Receive at least 10 detailed seller ratings in the past 30 days.

Note: You'll only receive a discount on items listed on eBay.co.uk (or eBay.ie for Irish sellers).

Seller Discount

You will receive seller discounts if you meet the following criteria:

• Be registered as a business on eBay.co.uk with a UK address (or on eBay.ie with an Irish address)

• Have a volume of sales equivalent to a Bronze PowerSeller level or above

• Maintain a minimum 30-day DSR of 4.6 in all four of your DSR categories (excluding Motors dealers)

• Receive at least 10 detailed seller ratings in the past 30 days.

Discount Levels

The following table illustrates the levels of discounts available to high volume sellers who provide good service.

PowerSeller Levels

To reach the level of a Bronze PowerSeller, you need to sell on average a minimum of £750 (or Euro exchange rate equivalent) or 100 items per month, for three consecutive months. All PowerSeller levels are as follows:
