At any time after your listing ends and before the buyer completes Checkout, you can send your buyer an invoice.
From the item page or My eBay, click the Send Invoice button.
Select the items you would like to send an invoice for.
Specify details such as postage and packaging, insurance and available payment methods.
Click Send Invoice. Note: From the Send Invoice page, you’ll receive the buyer’s default postage information.
Note: If you are experiencing trouble completing a transaction with your buyer, you can request their phone number. Sometimes a phone call helps make communication easier.
If the buyer has completed Checkout but you haven't yet received payment for the item, you can send a revised invoice to your buyer. If you send a revised invoice, the buyer will need to check out again to complete the transaction.
Click the My eBay tab at the top of most eBay pages.
Login to eBay with your User ID and password. Your My eBay page will be displayed.
Under "My eBay Views", click the Sold link in the “All Selling” section.
Select Send Invoice from the dropdown menu.
Select the items for which you would like to send an invoice.
Specify details such as postage and handling, insurance, tax and available payment methods.
Click Send Invoice.
Note: If the buyer paid using PayPal or you've marked the item as "Payment received", you won't be able to send a revised invoice.
