Using Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro


Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro are tools designed to make selling more efficient.

  • Selling Manager is an online sales management tool for medium to high volume sellers.

  • Selling Manager Pro provides all the functionality of Selling Manager, but has additional product inventory and automation features to support high volume or small business sellers.

You can use Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro with our other seller tools, including Turbo Lister and eBay Accounting Assistant. For a comparison of our seller tools, visit our Feature Comparison Table.

Note: If you're new to selling on eBay, you won't be able to use Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro until 90 days have passed after your first sale and you've received at least 10 positive Feedback ratings as a seller. (Applies to private sellers.)

Using the selling tools

About Selling Manager

When you subscribe to Selling Manager, the All Selling links in My eBay are replaced by Selling Manager links. As an enhancement to My eBay, Selling Manager separates all of your eBay listings into 'views' to help you manage your scheduled listings, active listings, and post-sales activities. Features

View the status of your listings and reminders of what to do next in the Summary view.
Manage items to be listed at a future date using Scheduled view.
Track your active listings using Active view.
Manage the items that you have sold using Sold view.
Relist items from your Unsold view.
Track and manage post-sales activities including Feedback, email, payments and dispatch.
Accomplish tasks in bulk including listing items, relisting your unsold items, leaving Feedback, sending email, and printing invoices.
Download your sales records.

About Selling Manager Pro

When you subscribe to Selling Manager Pro, the All Selling links in My eBay are replaced by Selling Manager Pro links. If you are upgrading from Selling Manager, you will now have Selling Manager Pro links. Selling Manager Pro separates all of your eBay listings into 'views' to help you manage products, listing templates, scheduled listings, active listings, and post-sales activities.

As a Selling Manager Pro subscriber, you have all the views and features of Selling Manager. In addition, you have views for Inventory, Reporting, and Automation Preferences. Learn more about what you can do in each view

Features

Manage all selling activities as in Selling Manager.
Manage products, track inventory, and store listing templates using the Inventory view.
View and download reports about your sales activities.
Automate certain post-sales tasks including sending buyer email and leaving Feedback.
Automatically schedule listings and relist unsold items.
