Selling Manager - Using the Summary view
The Summary view is the first page that you see after accessing Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro. The Summary view page includes the following sections:

Customising the Summary view page
You can customise in two different ways:
Click the "Customise Summary" link at the top of the Summary view page to add or delete sections on this page.
Click the "Customise" link for each individual section to add or delete information in each section.
At a Glance
This section provides a snapshot of your eBay selling activities.
Your information is updated every 10 minutes. To see the latest information, click the Refresh button in your Web browser. If you refresh the table in less than 10-minute intervals, the updates will not be reflected.
Listing Activity
This section displays a statistical summary of your scheduled, active, and ended listings.
Within each view, you can use filters to create groupings for your listing activities.

This section notifies you about items that may require your attention. Clicking the alerts and to do's takes you directly to the appropriate page where you can perform the necessary actions.

New PayPal payments received
Second Chance Offers accepted
Items failed to be listed using automation rules
Items failed to relist using automation rules
Winning Buyer Notification emails not sent due to system error
Payment Reminder emails not sent due to system error
Request Postage Address emails not sent due to system error
Feedback Reminder emails not sent due to system error
Payment Received Notification emails not sent due to system error

Items with manual cross-promotions
