Becoming a Top-rated seller
Top-rated sellers are PowerSellers who consistently provide the best buying experiences to their customers. Whether you have large volume sales or smaller volume, you can be a Top-rated seller.
What are the requirements?
To become a Top-rated seller you need to:
Have at least 100 transactions and £9,000 in sales during the last 12 months.
Meet the requirements for detailed seller ratings (DSRs), including a positive Feedback score of 98%.
If you've had more than 400 transactions during the previous 3 calendar months, the percentage of 1s and 2s must be below 0.50% for each detailed seller rating for the past 3 calendar months.
If you've had fewer than 400 transactions over the previous 3 calendar months, but more than 400 annual transactions, the percentage of 1s and 2s must be below 0.50% for each detailed seller rating for the past 12 calendar months.
If you have less than 400 transactions in the last 12 months:
You need 3 or fewer instances of 1s and 2s to be a Top-rated seller.
You need 4 or fewer instances of 1s and 2s to be a PowerSeller.

Priority customer service
20% discount on final value fees
Expanded seller protection from PayPal
A badge on listing pages 
The opportunity to purchase the Featured First upgrade
Increased visibility in Best Match search results
Fee discounts
As a Top-rated seller you can earn a 20% discount on your monthly final value fees.
Note: The current discount structure will remain in effect to give you a chance to qualify for Top-rated seller status over a period of months. During this time PowerSeller discounts will remain at the levels described below:
5% discount with a detailed seller rating of 4.6 or higher
15% discount with a detailed seller rating of 4.8 or higher
20% discount with a detailed seller rating of 4.9 or higher
