How to Edit and End Shop Inventory Listings

If you're a Shop seller, you can edit your Shop Inventory listings and other items listed in another format at the same time. You can also edit a listing one at a time.

To edit one item or up to 10 listings simultaneously:
  1. Click the My eBay button at the top of any eBay page.

  2. Login to eBay with your User ID and password.

  3. Click the “Selling” link on the left of the page.

    • Optional step: To narrow the types of listings you want to edit, use the Shop Category and Format pull-down menus at the top of the page to narrow the listings that you want to edit.

  4. Tick the boxes associated with the listings that you want to edit, and then click the Edit button located near the bottom of the page.

  5. On the Edit Listings: Listing Information page, choose the information or details you want to edit.

  6. Select either “Edit listings individually” to apply different changes to each individual listing, or select “Edit listings in bulk” to make the same changes to all of the listings at the same time.

  7. Click the Continue button.

  8. Revise your listings and click the Continue button.

Note: The information you can change depends on whether or not you have received any bids or how much time is left in your listing.

  9. Review your changes on the Edit Listings: Review & Submit page.

  10. Click the Submit button. If you’d like to make additional changes before submitting the new information, click the Back button.

Tip: To edit multiple listings at once using Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro, use the Active View in either of these selling tools.

To end multiple Store Inventory listings simultaneously:
  1. Click the My eBay button at the top of any eBay page.

  2. Login to eBay with your User ID and password.

  3. Click the “Selling” link on the left side of the page.

  4. In the Items I'm Selling view, select "Shop Inventory" from the Format pull-down menu, and then click the Go button. Only your Shop Inventory listings will appear on the list. (If you use Selling Manager Pro, go to the Active Listings view, and then click the "Show: Shop Items" link.)

  5. Select the listings that you want to end by clicking the check box next to each listing.

  6. Click the End Items button at the top of the view.

  7. On the confirmation page, click the End Listings button again. The listings you've selected will end immediately.
