eBay’s Resolution Centre is an online communication tool that can help you track, manage, resolve, or close any existing disputes. All information posted in this tool will be accessible anytime by you, the seller or buyer, and eBay Customer Support. Learn more about reporting and tracking disputes.
You can report the following problems:
Unpaid Item – (For sellers) Use this process as a seller if a buyer bought an item but has not paid for it.
